Hi everyone!  We hope you are able to stay safe and sound during the unchartered territory of the Covid-19 Virus.  

We ask that for future sales you take the following precautions to keep our staff safe and you, our customers, safe and sound. 

• If you have ANY symptoms whatsoever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever, etc. we ask THAT YOU DO NOT attend the sales! 
• If you are at the sale and cough/sneeze, please do so in the crook of your arm and away from anyone else. 
• Please keep your distance from other shoppers and our staff.

We have clients who unfortunately cannot reschedule their sales due to real estate closings on their property etc. and must be out of the house.   

We may limit number of people during the sale pending on size of the estate sale. 

Our MAIN GOAL in any estate sale is to keep our staff and our customers safe and our highest priority.   

For these reasons, future sales will be performed on a case by case basis.  

Stay safe and DO NOT PANIC.   This too shall pass.
